International Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute international sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key international partners, distributors, and clients
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to international audiences
  • Lead market research efforts to inform product positioning and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market entry
  • Analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies and achieve targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive, specifically in international markets
  • Strong background in pharmaceuticals or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
