Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the rooftop solar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
