About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead our Monitoring and Evaluation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing M&E frameworks and systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement M&E frameworks and systems
  • Capture, verify, and analyze field data
  • Create and enhance data collection tools and methodologies
  • Participate in field surveys and assessments
  • Maintain and manage beneficiary monitoring databases
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Identify key performance trends, challenges, and learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with external evaluators and stakeholders
  • Conduct research and share insights on best practices in rural development and CSR compliance

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Working knowledge of Hindi for Hardoi, UP
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, QGIS, Mapping tools, Power bi, and data analysis tools
