Job Qualifications:

Must Have qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Previous Experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Expertise in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, and Business Intelligence projects with knowledge of best practices and modern solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as user stories, testing, backlog refinement).
  • Highly skilled, 5+ years, in Agile and other project delivery methodologies along with proven expertise in using Jira for project and issue tracking.
  • Solid grasp of software development and product lifecycle methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to scale technical solutions from the ground up.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting customer business requirements to deploy Data & Analytics solutions.
  • 5+ Years of experience with diverse Data & Analytics technology stacks and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, data mining, data modeling).
  • Proven expertise in delivering data-driven projects and predictive analytics use cases, with expertise in CI/CD.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and data/AI frameworks.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Deep understanding of data security challenges and approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Nice To Have:

  • Expertise in integration of architecture across complex ecosystems.
  • Experience in building cross-functional data capabilities from scratch.
  • Proficiency in leading large-scale transformations backed by cloud and/or AI-driven innovations.
  • Familiarity with up-and-coming tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics space.
  • Clear track record of delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership teams and large audiences.
