We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving project success by leveraging best-in-class technologies and flexible engagement models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience working with IT services organizations. You should possess in-depth knowledge of software engineering, project management lifecycles, agile methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, TFS, Microsoft Project, VSS, SonarCube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and Office Tools
  • Familiarity with new-generation AI models and their application in software projects, including impact on productivity and process changes
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of root cause analysis techniques, such as the fishbone method
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques for process improvement
  • Thorough understanding of CMMI and ISO 9001 frameworks

Your responsibilities will include ensuring zero surprises by identifying risks, conducting engineering reviews, milestone reviews, defect data analysis, project plan reviews, CAPA reviews, and participating in senior management reviews.
