Transportation Operations Manager

As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift operations at our delivery centers and collaborating with the DC manager to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the center manager to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
  • Implement efficient delivery processes from delivery stations to customer addresses
  • Ensure sufficient resources within the delivery team to manage peak periods
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and maintain high standards of performance
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on action orientation and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to identify creative solutions using limited resources
  • Capacity to work under pressure and independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit
  • Analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze and interpret information
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of local geography and transportation systems
  • Previous experience in an operational or customer-facing environment
