Expert Service Management Professional

  • This position requires expert-level support for Service Management (MIM) including L2/L3-level support, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, operating under ITIL processes, troubleshooting incidents, managing approved changes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.
