Senior IT Service Management Specialist

As a Senior IT Service Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of ITIL processes across various service management domains. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a single point of contact for incident management, problem management, change management, major incident management, release management, and service transition.
Prior experience in handling these processes is highly preferred. You must be capable of connecting with customers, updating and managing discussions regarding in-scope infrastructure and application maintenance. Additionally, you will drive collaboration with multiple stakeholders on day-to-day operations to bring coordination across technical towers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ITIL Process resources to achieve process KPIs and service level targets.
- Act as a crisis manager during critical incidents, guide proactive problem management, address critical issues to avoid change failures, and ensure up-to-date product catalogue maintenance.
- Ensure process adherence, meet quality norms of Wipro and the customer.
- Drive internal audits and define service improvement programs based on external audit findings.
- Report customer on all process areas as per contractual agreements.
