About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our organization and drive risk governance excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong auditing skills, with the ability to identify process gaps or defects using high judgment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Peer review tasks and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Develop and implement learning modules to support business owners in driving improvements.
- Identify and manage process improvement opportunities at the process or team level.
- Communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data resources to create quality reports based on set requirements.
- Track and report progress on key program goals.
- Strong auditing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
