Job Title: Site Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Security Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and property.

Job Description:

The Site Security Specialist will be responsible for executing security operations in alignment with the company's security strategy. This will involve supporting risk assessments, implementing mitigation measures, conducting patrols, managing access control, and ensuring the protection of assets to maintain a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in aligning daily security operations with the strategic objectives of the business and site.
  • Support the implementation of operating models and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in patrols and use CCTV systems to monitor the premises.
  • Help oversee the operations of Access Control and ensure process adherence.
  • Document activities and maintain a high level of security awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, specialized in access control, patrol operations, and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
