India Teleradiology Solutions (TRS) Full time

**Functions**:

- Enhance the security posture of IT assets, network, and information
- Expert in management of Switches, Routers Firewall, Proxy, IPS, DDoS, WAF, Load Balancer (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco ASA Firewall, Cisco Meraki solutions and Cloud proxy Solutions)
- Expert in Site to Site VPN creation and live troubleshooting
- Provide technical assistance with the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of a variety of cyber security and information security systems
- Ensure Compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST Standards
- Working with infrastructure teams to maintain standards for critical infrastructure, across Windows and Network Security/networking devices
- Implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security systems for the protection of the organizations data, systems, and networks
- Ensure that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
- Implement hardware and software solutions as needed for new security initiatives
- Analyze security systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of network security architectures, including firewalls, Proxy, router ACLs (Access Control Lists), and web content filters
- Monitor and respond to Intrusion prevention system alerts
- Respond to incidents raised by SOC/SIEM
- Manager, Monitor Firewall and other network and network security devices
- Manage WAN connectivity (Internet, MPLS and VC MPLS across locations)
- Understanding of the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model and well-known ports and services
- Troubleshooting network security and network problems
- Responding to all system and/or network security
- Participating in the change management
- Testing and identifying network and system for vulnerabilities. Periodically perform a VAPT
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining LAN/WAN network by fulfilling requirements.
- Acting as a SPOC for all network related issue.
- Switching: - Configuration and troubleshooting of VLAN, VTP, and Ether channels.
- Routing: - RIP, Static, Default Routes, BGP configuration as well as troubleshooting.
- Wireless: - Wireless AP configuration as well as troubleshooting.
- Security: - ACL, NAT Firewall management
- Network Up time tracking.
- Untrusted activity tracking.
- VPN issue tracking.
- Cloud connectivity check as well as site to site tunnels creation to access resources directly from office network.
- Troubleshooting of site-to-site tunnel issues.
- Small branch network monitoring.
- Meraki as well as AnyConnect VPN tracking
- Live network issue resolution as to prevent business loss.
- Troubleshooting of call center issues in RTP, SIP, VOIP calling in live environment.
- Implementing new features to prevent organization from threat.
- Networking devices upgrade to fix bugs.
- Creating and presenting networking reports.

**Skills**:

- Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in the relevant
- Expert in Site to Site VPN creation and live troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT Security and Network
- Expert in managing network security devices and network
- Certification in Firewall Checkpoint / Palo alto / Fort iGATE / F5 / Arbor / Z Scaler Cloud Proxy are
