Production Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations of manual insertion, FG production and testing line production.
  • Manage the SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of production.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute material planning strategies achieving productivity targets.
  • Resolve operational challenges through standardised procedures.
  • Lead teams in executing projects and improvement activities alongside HODs from MFG, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR.
  • Conduct regular meetings to address productivity, efficiency and quality concerns.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental operations across manufacturing.
  • Drive process improvements and implement lean systems.
  • Manage documentation and implementation control for engineering changes.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing procedures.
  • Monitor and control non-quality costs through corrective measures.
  • Address customer complaints through corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain automated systems.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production metrics.
  • Develop workforce development plans and implement multi-skilling initiatives.
  • Optimise daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL.
