We are seeking an experienced budget manager to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Evaluate tenders received from design teams for civil, finishing, MEP and infrastructure packages.
  • Assess tender estimates against budget provisions and collaborate with execution teams to ensure tender requirements are met.
  • Finalize project concepts, detailed designs and cost estimates.
  • Monitor costs of assigned projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues.
  • Track and assess cost variances and approve change requests.
  • Publish regular management information system reports.

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering Civil degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience with BOQ standardization safety requirements and tender packages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work extra hours when required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting analysis and project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
