Project Manager

Drive end-to-end project execution as a skilled Project Manager. Manage cross-functional teams, oversee project planning and initiation, coordinate design activities, ensure budget compliance, procure materials, and monitor construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Initiation
    • Define project scope and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation.
    • Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules for clients and stakeholders.
  • Design Coordination
    • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to finalize design concepts.
    • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget constraints.
    • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Budget Management
    • Establish and monitor project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Approve procurement of materials and furniture fixtures.
    • Manage cost variations and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes.
  • Construction Oversight
    • Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
    • Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Client Communication
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients.
    • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and address unforeseen issues proactively.
    • Maintain a risk register to track and mitigate project risks.
  • Post-Project Closeout
    • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals from clients.
    • Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.
    • Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent understanding of steel structures and furniture concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in a field related to this profile.
  • 5+ years of experience in a design or technical support role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
