
Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead high-impact programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business goals, initiating various programs, measuring progress, risk management, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate programs, drive delivery to completion, and provide support when issues arise.
- Manage program scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring the program stays on schedule.
- Closely coordinate with Engineering and Infra teams to ensure smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market plans, and successful rollout of new features.
- Align all stakeholders to ensure each release delivers intended business value and measurable outcomes.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong grasp of technical concepts enabling effective engagement with engineering teams.
- Understand High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), ask the right questions, and facilitate informed discussions.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Foster a culture of communication and understanding between cross-functional teams.
- Bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering by ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the software delivery process.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks impacting program success.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure the program remains resilient in the face of challenges.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and seek their support when needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.
Process Improvement & Quarterly Planning:
- Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly planning cycle.
- Collaborate with Product to gather concept notes or PRDs.
- Work with the Design team to obtain wireframes or sketches.
- Coordinate with Engineering to conduct grooming sessions, capacity planning, and finalize the feature list for the upcoming quarter.
- Lead communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure clarity, transparency, and accountability.
- Run bi-weekly tracking and check-ins to monitor progress against the plan, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Ensure all documentation and deliverables are up to date, structured, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
- High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand cross-functional dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered programs.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence Stakeholders.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
- PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP.
- Certification in Scrum/Kanban Methodology - CSM, ACSM. CSP - Scrum Master, PSM 1, PSM 2.
- SAFe certification.
