Program Management Role Overview

This dynamic opportunity supports high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. The role combines program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
  • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Build relationships with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
  • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Support preparation of outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
  • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing learning management systems, registration portals, and feedback tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during program rollout.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
  • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
Detailed Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and learning management/project management tools.
