We are currently seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale SAP projects and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to take on a leadership role and drive the success of our SAP implementation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential impacts.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation to ensure seamless adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong focus on large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD) and their applications.
  • Proven experience managing complex SAP projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and their applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
