Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer LeadAbout the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP developer to lead our technical team in designing, developing, and supporting innovative SAP solutions. This role requires expertise in ABAP development, SAP IBP integration, and middleware tools like CPI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze functional specifications and design efficient SAP ABAP solutions for reporting, dialog programming, forms, workflows, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Develop and support SAP ABAP code, ensuring high-quality and performance optimization.
  • Lead the technical integration of SAP ECC and SAP IBP using middleware tools like CPI.
  • Create technical documentation, test plans, and participate in testing activities to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience in development and support
  • Expertise in ABAP Reporting, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Workflow, BDC, BAPI, LSMW, Data Dictionary, RFCs, Object-Oriented ABAP
  • ALE/IDoc, EDI, ABAP Proxy, OData Services, XML-based integrations
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills
  • Experience with SAP IBP object development and integration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SAP CPI DS, managing tasks and process chains
  • Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP BI/Analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence for project tracking
  • Formal training or certifications in problem-solving or SAP methodologies
