
Sales Performance Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Sales Program Manager to support high-impact initiatives through presentation development, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
This role will play a key part in enabling visibility, alignment, and execution support for senior leadership.
- Develop executive-level presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
- Work closely with senior leaders to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
- Track and compile customer engagement activity across all businesses to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership.
- Coordinate and compile weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single report that meets time and quality expectations.
- Support cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting company materials to customers and internal teams with confidence and poise.
- Preparing and delivering polished presentations on behalf of the organization.
- Compiling customer engagement data and providing insights to senior leadership.
- Maintaining accurate records and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.
- High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in sales strategy, operations, or consulting.
- Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
