  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Account Management: Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
Market Knowledge & Industry Insight:
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions, digital transformation, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in sales or IT solutions is a plus.

Experience: At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
