Sales Director
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop, own, and execute the sales strategy for the organization.
- Set revenue targets; monitor performance against goals.
- Drive new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients across various industries.
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Lead high-value negotiations and close deals.
- Team Building & Management:
- Hire, mentor, and lead a sales team.
- Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, weekly reviews, and coaching.
- Align team incentives with company growth goals.
- Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth client experience.
- Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks and market-entry strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
Key Deliverables (First 12 Months):
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Achieve significant revenue growth within the first year.
- Establish new enterprise client accounts in key sectors.
- Increase wallet share in existing key accounts.
- Implement a robust CRM and sales reporting system.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts.
- Strong network across industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to working full-time on-site in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai.
