Job Title: Senior Merchandiser Fashion

Job Description:

As a senior merchandiser, you will play a vital role in the fashion industry by leading teams of merchandisers and managing daily operations. You will be responsible for generating purchase orders, coordinating with production departments, and working closely with design teams to provide guidance on seasonal collections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance.
  • Generating purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  • Travelling within India for trunk shows and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a fashion design house. You should also have a solid understanding of EBOs and MBOs, as well as experience with Excel.
