Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Executive.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.

About the Role
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students for certification programs.
  • Provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is beneficial.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
