Job Title: Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an accomplished Customer Success Professional to deliver exceptional results in managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer success, project management, and account growth strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Develop tailored success plans for clients, outlining critical objectives and performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these targets.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and drive long-term client value.
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across client organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to driving business growth and expansion.
