Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to fill this role at our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of test data profiling, PII analysis, and sensitive field analysis methods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data masking and data provisioning techniques for testing environments, as well as expertise with enterprise databases such as IMS, DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

They will also be able to understand current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies, and possess proficiency in one or more TDM tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, and DataMasque.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective test data management strategies
  • Design and deliver data masking and data provisioning solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide expert advice on enterprise database management and maintenance
  • Analyze and optimize current architecture, data flows, and application dependencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in test data management and database administration
  • Expertise in one or more TDM tools
  • Experience integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Australia banking domain experience
  • Experience working on tools like Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools - OPC, ESP
  • Hands-on experience working in SQL queries
