SAP Datasphere Implementation Lead/Solution Architect

  • Drive Enterprise Data Strategy and Architecture: We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere implementation lead/architect to drive the development of a comprehensive enterprise data strategy, encompassing architecture, implementation, and integration on SAP Datasphere.
  • Migrate Legacy Systems: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in migrating legacy systems, including SAP BW/4HANA and HANA modeling, with proven experience in leading migration and transformation programs.
  • Develop End-to-End Solution Architecture: Develop end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems, leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and 3rd party sources.
  • Lead Technical Teams: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on SAP BTP innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics, driving innovation and improvement within the organization.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • Data Warehousing Expertise: 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics, with minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture, with familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
