Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to help us drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data from various sources. They will design and deploy machine learning models to gain valuable insights and inform strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing. Strong proficiency in Python programming language, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow is required. In addition, hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is highly desirable.

A strong background in cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and knowledge of model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, containerization, and API deployment is also essential. The candidate should have excellent data visualization skills, using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines

  • Excellent data visualization skills and ability to communicate complex insights
