We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fire RID. This is a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

This position requires a proven track record of at least 4 years in Sales and Business Development roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include selling products and achieving targets by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, negotiating and closing deals, and handling complaints or objections.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be proficient in MS Office and CRM software, and have a self-motivated approach with a results-driven attitude.
