Job Title: Project Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in our projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with a strong background in operations, able to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Operations Leads and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design and production teams to align timelines and ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal stakeholders, including Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams, to ensure timely issue resolution and quality standards are met.
  4. Customer Experience: Own the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring any issues are resolved within committed ETAs and projects are completed successfully.
  5. Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire and develop top talent to strengthen the team, empowering them to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred)
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations, with direct team reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships
