Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in the Banking, Fintech, and IT sector with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects/programs and 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Good acquaintance with project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum, with experience in one or more Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking), and services.
  • Able to understand application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud and microservices-based projects.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certified.
