Project Operations Leader

 

The successful candidate will lead the execution of large-scale projects, commanding entire project operations and managing tender clauses, billing, and correspondence. They will resolve issues related to permissions, claims, and regulations, and oversee construction methods, materials, and legal aspects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute large-scale projects with budgets exceeding 500 crores
  2. Command entire project operations and manage tender clauses, billing, and correspondence
  3. Resolve issues related to permissions, claims, and regulations
  4. Manage construction methods, materials, and legal aspects
  5. Develop excellent communication and negotiation skills
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  7. Prepare project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates
  8. Monitor and control project progress and make necessary adjustments
  9. Create a collaborative working environment and promote high performance
  10. Prepare budgets, manage costs, and achieve targeted margins
  11. Assess project expenditure approvals and consider financial implications
  12. Implement quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations
  13. Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  14. Plan resources, manpower, and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance
  15. Understand accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decisions
