Job Title:

Proposal Engineer - Project Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team at UL Group. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and evaluating technical documents for project bidding processes.

  • You will prepare and evaluate technical documents such as Technical Offers, System Architectures, Bills of Materials (BOM), and basic designs for projects.
  • You will organize bid initiation and review meetings, ensuring that clarifications are raised in a timely manner to obtain better clarity on bid submissions.
  • You will lead a core team to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from current and potential customers.
  • You will perform site visits as necessary to collect information and utility/facility constraints regarding the project, addressing commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • You will take daily and weekly project sales meetings, monitoring progress and preparing weekly reports on the status of each project.
