Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze project performance metrics, prepare presentations and reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update project data in various project management tools and software applications.
  • Analyze project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports for management review.
  • Create dashboards and visual insights to track project progress and identify trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.
  • Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
  • Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and highlight them proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
