At Earnpaste, we are building a platform that enables creators and community owners to monetize their link and text content.
The Role
We're seeking self-driven individuals who can collaborate with us to grow our project. This is a fully remote role, ideal for freelancers, creators, or outreach specialists with strong communication skills and experience in online engagement.
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to potential partners (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
- Describe how our platform operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors
- Help onboard interested partners to the platform
- Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days
- Report leads and usage via a shared tracker
What You'll Earn
- ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
- 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
- Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors
- Potential to join our team in a long-term role or leadership position
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and messaging skills
- Familiar with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
- Fluent in English — both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused
- Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus
