Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to prioritize strategic initiatives and provide escalation support.
  • Manage end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational objectives.
  • Build relationships with top-selling partners across the portfolio, proactively building joint business plans and acting as a point of escalation for outstanding issues.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of selling partners in an ever-changing environment.
  • Leverage data and best practices to assess performance drivers and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with a focus on data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience mentoring, leading, and coaching teams.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
