Job Title: Key Deal Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Deal Desk team to enhance deal effectiveness and productivity for the Americas region.
  • Liaise between multiple teams to ensure seamless deal processing.
  • Evaluate and structure deals to meet customer needs while maintaining Adobe's profitability.
  • Process sales orders using standard templates and provide accurate data management.
  • Collect relevant information and evaluate data to manage requests effectively.
  • Maintain price levels while offering appropriate discounts to ensure overall profitability and maximize revenue.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the right teams and follow up on their progress.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, maintain visibility of the deal lifecycle, and keep the process transparent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate setting in a global company.
  • Prior experience in Deal Desk, cloud deal management, bid and pricing management is preferred. Knowledge about SaaS pricing and enterprise deals management & strategy.
  • Ability to negotiate enterprise-level sales contracts with multiple solution structuring.
  • Strong understanding of discounts, revenue recognition accounting, and its impact on financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in the language and ability to communicate with cross-functional geographies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce enterprise software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
