Effective Investment Management Change Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our investment management change strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IS leadership and stakeholders to establish an annual work plan for change management, defining objectives, performance metrics, standards, and expected results.
  • Monitor the implementation of the annual work plan, oversee progress, and ensure timely delivery of results in accordance with expectations.
  • Utilize existing management dashboards to keep teams informed on project status and ongoing changes.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration by providing clear direction, objectives, and guidance to enable the achievement of IS objectives through effective change management.

Requirements:
