About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and deal negotiation.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
  • Develop and present compelling investment cases to stakeholders, including detailed financial models and risk assessments.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including commercial, financial, operational, and legal evaluations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of acquisition agreements, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Manage the integration process, driving synergies and value creation.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and deal negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
