Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and close projects with a focus on technical aspects.
  • Guide and review the technical work of team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management:

  • Drive the execution of project roadmaps from strategy to tactical activities.
  • Ensure project delivery from concept to completion, focusing on technical deliverables.
  • Explain designs and constraints to stakeholders after understanding customer perspectives.

Customer Engagement:

  • Establish high customer connect and build processes for relevant team members to engage effectively.
  • Complete Project Satisfaction Reports and gather feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Hold regular meetings with steering committees and other customer-facing meetings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Define and implement quality methodologies and processes in line with project planning.
  • Establish quality standards, document quality criteria and measurement processes, and handle audits and project monitoring.
  • Maintain compliance to internal tools and follow processes to deliver quality work.

Project Performance:

  • Review project profitability and provide relevant status reports to management and customers.
  • Monitor and track key parameters like deadlines, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

  • Promote teamwork and motivate team members to perform well.
  • Build functional skills and encourage desired behaviors for project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and assess team performance.

Risk Management:

  • Handle complex scenarios without impacting associates adversely.

Documentation & Tools:

  • Develop supporting documentation, including presentations and demonstrations, to make solutions easy to manage and repeatable.
  • Create and maintain project level dashboards for effective project management.
