Senior Technical Executive Position Overview

This critical role oversees complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility, ensuring 100% uptime of all equipment.

  • Complete responsibility for site-wide technical services and facilities management.
  • Liaise with vendors for AMC services to ensure timely delivery.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining M&E related equipment, electrical systems, UPS, lifts, HVAC, precision A/C, fire fighting, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Establish effective operational procedures and roll out same for site staff.
  • Maintain professional relationships with local authorities on facility-related issues.
  • Ensure statutory compliance pertaining to facility operations.
  • Regularly conduct technical audits for all installations at specified intervals.
  • Manage M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Review maintenance service practices of M&E contracts to align with manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
  • Plan critical spares inventory in line with manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Oversight of technical services contract procurement for clients.
  • Utilize 360-degree portal for PPM activity updates.
  • Manage IDEA and CEWA portals for EHS, IHS, and project compliance updates.
  • Coordinate CAP Training Program for team development.
  • Manage Help Desk for BMS work order tracking.
  • Monitor group email for associate responses on BMS assistance.
  • Raise GRN, RGP, and NRGP as required for asset movement.
  • Collaborate with Chief Engineer on shutdown activities and schedules.
  • Periodically inspect log books, checklists, and PPM schedules SOP and EOP for improved engineering efficiency.
