We are seeking an accomplished Chief Technical Officer to lead our wind turbine design efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the wind industry, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wind & Site Analysis: Perform advanced wind and site statistical modeling to determine wind resource and site characteristics.
  • Value Engineering: Use your expertise to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Load Calculations: Verify wind turbine design life estimation by performing detailed load calculations.
  • Reporting & Review: Prepare comprehensive reports and review deliverables from the team.
  • Project Support: Provide technical support to sales and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and submit proposals for tool enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Aerospace, or Energy Engineering is highly desired.
  • Proven experience with a strong background in wind resource assessment and structural load analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software such as WAsP, windPRO, or Openwind.
