Chief Technical OfficerRoles and responsibilities - The individual assumes responsibility for overseeing critical technical functions within SEC Industries with a focus on project management production Quality systems and subcontracting He must work together with CMO in identification of new verticals product lines that can be tapped with available expertise - Technical communication and coordination with customers - Micro planning of project and necessary operations - Project cost and time optimisation - Project budget planning - Manufacturing process optimisation - In-house capacity optimisation and subcontract planning - CNC Machine shops Airframe section Fabrication CMM Paint shops Integration facilities testing activities - Manpower planning - In-house workforce and contract labor - Manpower skill development - Establish and ensure adherence to Quality systems - ERP implementation - New product development - System integrated assemblies Heavy fabrication Precision machining components Etc - Capital Equipment management and new equipment new process planningPrerequisites - He must have strong knowledge in CNC Machining- Including machine operator planning and optimisation product tooling and process establishment - Good knowledge in a very of manufacturing processes and multidisciplinary system integration Pneumatic Hydraulic mechanical - Well versed with operation systems and ERP development and implementation - Excellent Communication and coordination skills to manage technical relationship and project coordination with customers - Excellent in handling and planning of In-house manpower and contract labour - Experience in handling third party and international quality agencies - Experience in establishing Lean systems- Vast experience in project cost estimation project planning and execution - Experience Exposure in Airframes Heavy fabrication preferredThe CTO is expected to have a B Tech BE degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a top tier university With an M Tech or MBA - operations similar Minimum of 15- 20 years of experience with a proven track record in technical
