Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, establishing realistic project timelines, and coordinating multiple activities.

  • This role requires strong scientific and technical knowledge, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end technical drug development and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • The Technical Project Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, commercial, and research and development, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing knowledge and implement in EPT/GPT strategy.
  • Support defined work packages for complex late-phase programs.
  • Build relationships by identifying common interests and priorities with various people inside and outside the organization.
  • Participate in boards and lead discussions in leadership teams.
  • Approach issues analytically and collaborate with other line functions for optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Maintained several years of directly related experience as functional project leader and relevant experience as Associate TPL or equivalent.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-functional knowledge regarding drug development.
  • Completed basic project management training.
  • Adept at using project management tools available in TRD (e.g. Gantt charts, MS Project).
