Job Title: Senior CMS Project Manager

This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise in CMS platforms, and a proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities:
  • CMS Expertise: You must have hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager or Oracle Web Center. Your track record of successfully implementing and deploying large-scale CMS projects will be a valuable asset.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Monitor project baselines, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and create strategies to address potential shortfalls in timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead large teams, potentially over 100 resources, and use creative problem-solving skills to handle team-related and cross-functional issues. Experience in managing both offshore and onshore resources is required.
  • Operational Excellence: Be passionate about operational excellence and governance, with experience in all phases of the system development life cycle, from planning to implementation.
