Key Responsibilities :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience in Vision Plus CMS.

- Strong functional knowledge of the Vision Plus system and exposure to online modules.

- Experience with cards applications like Vision PLUS First Vision.

- Expertise in Vision Plus CMS simulators and CDM is essential.

- Proficiency in mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.

- Participate in end-to-end SDLC, including development, testing, and defect management.

- Independently handle project assignments and deliverables.

- Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure high-quality code delivery and effective resolution of defects during all testing Skills :

- Good understanding of software testing life cycle and defect life cycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
