We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guest Relations Liaison to join RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) in Kokapet, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relations, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for guest relations and effectively handle any escalations or complaints.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and addressed.
  • Feedback and Quality: Monitor and report on client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Client Visits: Coordinate and oversee client visits and meetings to facilitate a positive and productive experience.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve guest relations and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.
