We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) in Hyderabad. As a Senior Guest Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relations, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Patience to handle client concerns and complaints in a calm and effective manner.
  • Conflict resolution skills to manage and de-escalate disputes, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Empathy to understand and relate to clients' perspectives and needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest relations and effectively handle any escalations or complaints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and addressed.
  • Monitor and report on client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Coordinate and oversee client visits and meetings to facilitate a positive and productive experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest relations and client satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.
