Job Overview:

Facilities Operations Manager

As a key member of the facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing tasks, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily property rounds to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly attendance records for salary purposes.
  • Schedule weekly vendor meetings to discuss daily issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Escalate queries to supervisors if necessary.
  • Develop and mentor new and subordinate staff members.
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient services through regular monitoring and evaluation.
  • Manage landscaping and gardening activities.
  • Brief staff on their duties, designated areas of work, and special instructions.
  • Prepare and implement various checklists as instructed.
  • Ensure housekeeping staff is well-groomed and adheres to cleaning standards.
  • Maintain janitor closets and storage areas in a neat and orderly manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Graduate with Building Management experience.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
