Position: Senior Maintenance Manager – Electrical & Infrastructure

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Department: Estate & Infrastructure

Are you ready to lead maintenance operations across one of India's largest multidisciplinary campuses? Join NIMS University and play a key role in managing electrical systems, infrastructure, and facilities for academic, hospital, and residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all maintenance activities across electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage a team of engineers, electricians, plumbers, and support staff
- Ensure campus-wide compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards
- Monitor energy usage and implement cost-effective, sustainable practices
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility partners for seamless operations
- Oversee renovation, upgrade, and long-term infrastructure planning
- Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and audits for operational efficiency

Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance/facility management, preferably in educational institutions, hospitals, or large facilities
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, building maintenance, and compliance
- Proven leadership in managing diverse maintenance teams and operations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and crisis-management skills
