Job Title: Maintenance Excellence Leader

The Maintenance Excellence Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our machinery and utilities.

This individual will be responsible for driving preventive maintenance initiatives, overseeing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Key objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
  • Supervising a team of maintenance professionals and allocating tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and managing spare parts inventory.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and supporting internal/external audits.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Effective communication and computer skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams.
